Rates: From £145.00 - £250.00 per night based on 2 people sharing. An additional £50.00 room per night is applicable up to a maximum occupancy of 6

Setting

Set above Lake Windermere at Waterhead Bay with panoramic views across the water to the fells beyond, our detached traditional Lakeland stone barn is fully equipped for the most relaxed, easy-life holiday. Lake steamers leave from the pier at Waterhead Bay for a spectacular cruise of England’s largest lake, while England’s favourite picnic spot is just a 10 minute stroll.

Accommodation

Ground Floor: Large entrance hall with ample space for walking boots, shoes and all your outdoor gear. Three furnished bedrooms, including master bedroom featuring large picture window overlooking the lake. Newly-fitted bathroom with sink, WC, bath and shower.
First Floor: Large open plan dining room and superbly equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and microwave. Few steps leading to large lounge with Sky TV, log-effect fire and picturesque lake views.

Facilities

Your cottage will be serviced daily, leaving you free to enjoy yourselves.

Full English Breakfast is served at Lake House.

Footpath from garden leads to Jenkin’s Crag and scenic lake vistas.
